i found yet another volunteer opportunity through best friend javi.
and so we spent saturday and sunday at green festival down at navy pier.
that place is cool and all, but HUGE and hard to get to, and not very accessible via public transportation, so i got a lot of walking in.
i got a mustache which was a huge hit, made me a superstar.
we helped out at green monkey organic catering and rainforest learning center booths.

went to a few birthday parties.
and captured the typical photo of jeff making an ugly fat face in the background. i SWEAR there are hundreds of those out there in the digital universe.
all in all pretty good.
i did fail on the brunch goal, but this weekend, i already have one planned for sunday, and hopefully a few more to squeeze in with the four day weekend and all! WOOT!
